What is the shelf life of your preservative-free products?
Because we use natural plant-based preservatives and extracts, our products typically have a shelf life of 24 months. We recommend storing them in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
Do you test your products on animals?
Absolutely not. Carina Organics is a cruelty-free company. We do not test our finished products or ingredients on animals, nor do we work with suppliers who do.
How long will it take for my order to ship?
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Shipping times vary by location, but most domestic orders arrive within 3-7 business days.
What is your return policy for personal care items?
